I’m reading through your posts and spotting so many pieces I also really admire - this is definitely one of them. I actually spoke to the Patek guys at my AD about this and the wait list was nowhere near as long as I anticipated.......maybe one for the next “big” purchase.....
This is a very special piece and at least two of my friends got it after keeping bugging their ADs for some time :). Good luck with you in getting this piece soon!
Thanks for reading through my old reviews. I have sold some of the pieces that I reviewed before. I just had to do it in order to fund the new purchases. After owning a piece for a year or so and you still love it, then you know you may keep it forever. I will keep the 5212A forever. I may write a collection review later this year, and you may see which pieces I had left go.
