Thanks Mxamp, and you came to the right place for these 2 questions :). There are two lengths for the straps. I received the watch with the standard length rubber strap and it was too short for me. The boutique exchanged a longer one for me. Please let me know if you need any measurements. The boutique also gave me a leather strap (the longer one) for free. The watch comes with 2 pieces of tools for strap change. There is a small button on the inside of the lug. Push and hold this button and then push the end of spring bar will release the spring bar. So it is not so hard to change the strap. Best regards!
